ATS Week in September
NSW's leading technology companies and their successes will be celebrated in September when the Department of State and Regional Development hosts the annual Australian Technology Showcase (ATS) Week.
The Australian Technology Showcase is a Government supported program that promotes NSW's best technology companies and their products to national and international markets.
ATS Week is a highlight of the annual calendar of ATS business functions, and puts the spotlight on technology development and innovation in NSW.
The week will be launched on September 4 (5pm - 7.30pm) at a function at the NSW Trade and Investment Centre, Level 47, MLC Centre, Sydney.
The launch will include the presentation of the ATS Patrons’ Award which offers $50,000 in prizes, provided by ATS patron sponsors, to a selected company to assist its export development efforts.
Other planned activities for September 4 include the launch of the ATS Alumni, a new program to honour outgoing member companies of the ATS.
On September 7 (5pm to 7.30pm), DSRD will host an ATS Week seminar at the NSW Trade and Investment Centre to provide updated information on industry assistance programs available to innovative companies.
The seminar, presented in partnership with ATP Innovations, will also feature a panel discussion and case study presentations from leading ATS companies that have used their grant assistance to achieve business success, including export contracts.
